Kari Fagin
Kari Fagin is a creative leader with over 30 years of experience. She currently serves as a Director of the Osher National Resource Center, a center of excellence supporting 120+ Osher Lifelong Learning Institutes (or OLLIs) nationwide. In this role, she consults with OLLI directors across the country to help their programs thrive. Before stepping into the national role, Kari directed the local OLLI at Northwestern University, which served over 1,200 intellectually curious adults across two campuses. Her previous leadership roles include Director of Engagement and Communication at a 3,500-member congregation—where she developed strategies to connect members through learning, social action, and community—and Senior Manager of Organizational Development at a global customer management firm with 125,000 employees, where she led company wide performance management and leadership development initiatives.
